How do I reset the training?

When you ask staff to resit or take new training, here's how to reset their scores on the training log

  1. From the training log, click the 'Reset training' button
  2. A calendar will open labelled 'Set reset training date'
  3. Choose the date to reset the training to
  4. Click 'Reset training'

For example, if you asked staff to take the training from 1st September, you can reset it to this date. Anyone who has taken the training since will show on the training log with a score. Anyone that hasn't will show with no score and selecting them will enable you to send a training reminder from the system.
