Introduction
The Team Plan is designed for teams requiring collaboration to produce high-quality, on-brand videos.Users of the Team Plan can invite other members to join their space for collaborative video project creation. They can also establish brand guidelines through the Brand Kit to enhance the efficiency of video production.
Space
When you're on the Team Plan, you have a collaborative Space where members can share Templates, Videos, Drafts, Products, Avatars. After upgrading to the Team Plan, you can also create new Spaces. Just keep in mind that the number of Spaces you own shouldn't exceed the number of Seats in your subscription.
Each file displays the creator's avatar, and other members within the Space can use or edit the file. For Templates or Drafts, only one member can edit at a time.
Only the file's Owner or Admin can delete the file.
Members
Role & Permissions
Owner: The owner of the space, possessing all Admin permissions and the ability to manage the space's usage.
Admin: Can modify space settings, invite or remove members, set roles, and manage or delete all content within the space.
Collaborator: Can use or edit content within the space and delete content they have created.
Manage Members
You can view members, remove members, and set member roles in the "Members" section of the Space settings.
Invite Members
You can click on "Invite Members" to invite members. You can invite members by link or email.
Invite by link
You just need to copy the link and send it to the invited members. Invited members can simply click the link to confirm and complete their joining process.
Invite by email
Please fill in the invited member's email in the text box, then click "Invite" to send the invitation. If you need to enter multiple emails, you can fill in one email per line. Invited members will receive an email and can join the space by clicking to confirm their joining.
Brand Kit
Create Brand Kit
You can upload brand assets in the Brand Kit tab, including logos, videos, images, music, fonts, and colors. This helps establish brand guidelines specific to your team.
Apply Brand Kit

In the AI Creator Pro editor, you can easily add and use logos, images, videos, and music in the Brand Kit section.
Fonts
Fonts can be selected when setting the font for text or subtitles. You can find your brand's fonts in the Brand Kit section, where you can choose your brand's specific font.
Colors
Colors can be selected when setting the font color for text or subtitles. You can find your brand's colors in the Brand Kit section, where you can choose your brand's specific colors.
