How to create customer's records

With Flexybeauty, you can save relevant information about a customer in a record sheet. Those records are linked to an appointment or a receipt.

First of all, you have to activate customer's records option.

For this, go to Customers > Settings.

Activate the creation of customer's records and save.

Thereafter, two possibilities are available to you to create a record:

  • You can create it in the calendar, the record will them be linked to the appointment

  • You can create it in the till, the record will then be linked to the receipt

Via the calendar, when you open an appointment, you can click on "0 record", and then click on the pencil next to "Customer's record".

Now, you can write the information you deem valuable about this customer and this appointment in the record, for example which hair color the customer chose for this appointment.

When you click on save, the record will be saved in the customer's file. You will then be able to find it again in Customer>Record if you want to print it.

Via the Till, if the record has not been created in the appointment, you can also create it here:

Additional option: if a second appointment is made for the customer, the record can be reused if the information is the same for this appointment:

Be careful if you delete the booking or cancel the transaction linked to the record, it will be deleted too.
