Flexy will send you a notification for every booking or purchase done on your website.

Click on the bell at the top right corner of your screen. This will indicate the number of notifications still unread.

A click on a notification opens the corresponding booking or receipt; the notification will then appear in gray and is considered as read.

You will find the following symbols in the notifications:

  • Calendar: for a new booking

  • Green ticket: a receipt has been created because a payment has been made

  • Blue ticket: a deposit was paid

  • Comment: the customer left a comment on the reservation

  • Delivery truck: a product must be delivered
