1. Is Early Entry available for all shows?

Early entry is subject to availability and depends on the show and ticket type.

2. Does my LPU membership include Early Entry for guests?

No. Early Entry benefits apply only to the LPU account holder. Each membership allows access for one person only and does not include additional Early Entry passes for friends or family.

3. How many Early Entry passes can one member receive?
Only one Early Entry pass per member, per show is permitted. Guest access is not allowed.

4. How are Early Entry passes assigned?
Passes are assigned first-come, first-served, are non-transferable, and availability is limited.

5. Can I sign up for Early Entry for multiple shows?
Yes. Eligible members may sign up for up to three shows per tour leg, with a maximum of one pass per show. If you already hold an Early Entry pass for a show, you cannot claim another for that same show.

7. When do Early Entry signups close?
Signups close 48 hours before each show.

8. When will I receive my Early Entry details?
If a pass is assigned, you’ll receive an email from LPU HQ with full instructions approximately 48 hours before the show.

9. What happens if additional Early Entry spots open up?
If more spots become available, an announcement will be made through official LPU channels.

10. How does early entry work for LPU members and VIP packages?

LPU Early Entry:

When available, LPU early entry occurs 30 minutes before regular doors and is always before GA entry.

VIP Early Entry:

VIP Early Entry is tied to select VIP packages and operates independently from LPU Early Entry (VIP attendees are not in competition with LPU members).

11. Should VIP ticket holders register for LPU Early Entry?
No. If your VIP package includes Early Entry, do not register through the LPU portal.

12. What is the difference between the FROM ZERO VIP PIT and the LPU PIT?

FROM ZERO VIP PIT: Exclusive to VIP ticket holders; always separate from LPU and GA pits. There is no competition for access between VIP and LPU members.

LPU PIT: LPU members have a designated pit and will always have the chance to purchase tickets for it during the LPU pre-sale.

5. Can LPU members purchase VIP packages?
Yes. LPU members receive first access to VIP packages during the LPU pre-sale. Any unsold VIP packages during the LPU pre-sale will be available to the general public.

6. Do LPU or GA tickets include merchandise?
No. Merchandise is included only with VIP packages.
