1. Where can I find venue maps for staging and pit details?
Venue maps are updated on Ticketmaster (TM) and will clearly display the layout of pits, when available.
2. What happens if the band is playing “in the round” or a 360° stage setup?
When playing in the round or using a 360° stage configuration, there are no designated pits. All tickets are General Admission (GA), and a FROM ZERO VIP PIT will not be available.
3. What if my seating or viewing experience does not meet my expectations?
