How do I enable or disable my membership auto-renewal?

To manage your auto-renewal settings:

By enabling auto-renewal for your LPU membership, you ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits, including exclusive content and features.

  1. Log in to the LPU Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Account section (located in the bottom menu).

  3. If your membership is currently set to renew, you’ll see a button labeled “Cancel Auto-Renewal.”

    Click this to turn off auto-renewal. Note: Your membership will remain active until the expiration date, after which your account will revert to the free membership tier.

    If you cancel auto-renewal for a Legacy membership and do not renew within the grace period, you will lose Legacy status permanently and transition to the free Passport tier. Legacy status cannot be regained, and the only upgrade option will be to the Passport Plus tier.

  4. To re-enable auto-renewal, return to the Account section and click “Reactivate Auto-Renewal.”
