What is a Passport Photo?

An LPU Passport Photo is a customizable digital image, uniquely designed by you to share with the rest of the Linkin Park community. Passport photos live on your LPU Passport and can also be downloaded and shared. Passport Photos are one of a kind each time they are created. Once a photo is created, no one else can recreate that photo.

How do I create a LPU Passport Photo?

Go to your LPU Portal and click/tap “Configure” to open the Passport Photo Studio. From there, choose traits, styles, accessories, and visual elements to create your personalized Passport Photo. Once created, Passport Photos are permanent and cannot be edited.

Who can create a Passport Photo?

Only active LPU members with a valid LPU Passport Plus or Legacy membership can create a Passport Photo.

How many Passport Photos can I create?

You can create up to three (3) Passport Photos.The first one is included with a LPU Passport Plus or Legacy membership. You may create two additional Passport Photos for $5 each.

How can I switch between my Passport Photos?

If you purchased additional Passport Photos, you can go to the “Gallery” where you can see all your Passport Photos. To select a primary Passport Photo click/tap the star icon to set it.

Can I change my existing Passport Photo(s) later?

Once created, Passport Photos are permanent and cannot be edited. Passport Photos stay with you as long as your membership remains valid.

What happens to my Passport Photo if my membership expires or is canceled?

If your membership expires or is canceled, your account will downgrade to a LPU Passport membership (Free Tier) which does not have access to Passport Photos. Any existing Passport Photo(s) will be locked, but can be restored if you upgrade back to a LPU Passport Plus membership.

Can I download or share my Passport Photo?

Yes. You can download and share your Passport Photo across social platforms at any time.
