The LPU Rewards program allows active members to turn engagement into exclusive benefits. Members will earn points for every dollar (or local currency equivalent) spent on eligible merchandise at the LPU and LP Official Stores.
Points can also be earned by unlocking select Achievements. Accumulated points can then be converted into Reward Credits to be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Full details on point values and redemption will be revealed at launch.
When do I start earning points on my purchases?
Points will begin accumulating on eligible purchases starting on the official launch date (Coming Soon). Purchases made prior to the launch date are not eligible for retroactive points.
What happens if my membership expires?
To maintain a fair ecosystem for active members, expiration affects your account as follows:
Points: If your membership expires and is not renewed within the 30-day grace period, your point balance will reset to zero. Any accumulated rewards will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
Achievements: Stamps will remain “frozen” in your gallery. You won't lose your history or the record of shows/events you attended, but you will lose the active benefits they provide.
