Users are expressly prohibited from creating or maintaining multiple accounts or acquiring multiple memberships. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to establish more than one account. In the event that multiple accounts are identified as being associated with the same billing address and/or credit card, all such accounts may be subject to immediate termination without prior notice. Any accounts or memberships found to be in violation of this policy may be canceled at the sole discretion of Linkin Park Underground, without the obligation to provide a refund. If a membership is canceled due to suspicious or fraudulent activity of any sort, and membership benefits were utilized during the membership period, the user shall not be entitled to a refund. By signing up for a membership, the user acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
