We're excited to have you on board! If you're just getting started with Lendesk, we recommend going through this checklist to ensure you're all set!
Note: Some of the features below require admin access. If you cannot access any of the below features but believe you should, please contact us.
The Basics
Ensure your logo is visible on the upper left side in Lendesk after you log in. (Please contact us by clicking on help within Lendesk if you aren't seeing your logo).
Review and set your application statuses under Settings > Workflow. (Lendesk comes with some pre-defined statuses, but you're in charge of your own flow so you can edit the defaults and set your own). Settings can be found by clicking the profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
More Advanced Settings
Add your Referral Sources. They can be accessed from the permanent menu present on each page - see Referral Sources for more detail.
Customize your Client Agreement template - Go to Settings > Documents.
Customize your Document Types - Go to Settings > Documents.
Set your required doc templates - see Templates for Required Documents.
Set your Automation workflow - See Workflow Automations.
