Important Note: Team admins have the ability to change passwords for other users on the same team. If you are unable to reset your password using instructions set below, please contact your team's administrator for a temporary password.
Forgot your password?
Click on the Forgot Username/Password link on the login screen and complete the process. If you no longer remember your password and would like it to be reset, and you've been locked out of your account, please contact your account Administrator.
Note: It's important to make sure your Security Questions have been set up in order to be able to use the Forgot Username/Password feature! Please make sure to do so as soon as you receive your login credentials.

Enter your email address and if there is an account linked to that address an email will be sent within the next 5 minutes. Please do not re-enter the email address as it may take up to 5 minutes to receive an email with your username.
Already logged in and want to change your password?
If you remember your old password you can update your password after logging into Lendesk by going to Settings > User Settings.
