1. To create a new application in Lendesk, first click on Applications from the main menu of the page, and then click on the blue "+" button.
2. You will then have the option to create a new application by either choosing an existing applicant/contact via the drop down list or create a brand new applicant by typing the name into the "Add New Applicant" field.
