Importing Liabilities from Credit Reports
1. It is possible to Import Liabilities from Credit Reports at a later time if you didn't do so when you Pulled a Credit Report (see above). Simply head to the Credits & Liabilities page via the left side menu.
2. Scroll down to the Liabilities section, click on IMPORT and choose the desired Applicant.
3. Once on the Import page, select the Liabilities you desire to Import by using the Check Boxes on the left side.
4. Once your selection is made, simply click on IMPORT.
Note: You can import liabilities at any time and as many times as needed.
CAUTION: It is possible that some Liabilities could duplicate if they are owned by multiple applicants from which liabilities have been imported.i.e. Husband and Wife both have the same Mortgage.
5. When applicants share a common Liability, they do not need to be imported twice. Instead, Applicants and Guarantors can be added to an existing liability using the Owners option from the Liabilities section.
6. Simply select all individuals to be added to the Liability from the drop down option (can also be used to remove individuals from a liability).
