Note: In order for condo fees to be added to a property, the Title Type of the property needs to reflect Strata.
Condo Fee can be added and edited from the Properties page.
1. Click on Properties via navigation column on the left side.
2. Click the edit/pencil icon next to the desired property.
3. In order to add Condo Fee as an expense, make sure the Title Type on the property is set to Strata.
4. This will add the Condo Fee expense line. From there you can choose the desired percentage between 50% and 100% of the fee to be added to your application ratios.
