Track Activities on Applications

How to review the activities done on your applications

Lendesk logs the activities on applications under Activity.

To get to this page:

  1. You can click on Activity from the left side menu, inside an application.

  2. All activities will automatically be saved in the Activity History in chronological order.

Tracked activities are:

  • Notes on the application

  • Status changes

  • Updates to tasks, and any new tasks

  • Logged communications

Log Communication

Within the application, you can log a call or a meeting using the Blue + sign at the top right corner of the page. Simply select Log Communication, fill in the information accordingly and click on LOG CALL/MEETING. These communication logs will appear under Activity as well.
