Reviewing the LTV on the application
The LTV will always be displayed in the right information column of an application under the GDS/TDS ratios.
You can also find the LTV by navigating to the Overview page under the Loan Request section. LTV will appear on the far right.
Reviewing the LTV calculation
To review the LTV value:
Head to the Mortgaged Property page using the left navigation menu.
You can review the property value in the Valuation section.
You can review the relevant Liabilities on the Property under the Mortgages section.
NOTE: If there are multiple loan on the property, the LTV will show as "cLTV" ( 'c' for Combined LTV). See below:
