How do I add more than one applicant to an application?

Adding an Applicant

To add more than one applicant to a deal, click the blue plus sign at the top right corner from within the application and select "Add Applicant". From there you can either choose an existing contact, or create a new contact to be added to the application.

By default, the newly added Applicant will be set as a Guarantor. You can change the status of the newly added applicant in 2 ways:

  1. You can set the new applicant as Primary from the Identification page. Simply click on MAKE PRIMARY from the Contact Details section

  1. You can also change the status of the added applicant from the Loan Request page. Simply scroll down to the Applicants section and make your selection from the dropdown.

Note: Only valid choices will be made available from the dropdown. If the type of applicant you are looking for (Primary Applicant, Co Applicant, Guarantor) does not appear in the dropdown, make sure to review the details of your application so that the type you are looking to set is valid with the situation described in the application.
