Creating Required Document Templates

  1. Navigate to an application first - It isn't important which application you use here, as templates will be available on all applications once they have been created.

  2. Click the blue "+" button.

  3. Click on Apply Outstanding Document Template.

4. Click Create Template.

5. Here you can name your template in the Template Name field.

6. You can also add document types to it by clicking on ADD OUTSTANDING

DOCUMENT. Make your selection from the dropdown on screen.

7. Press Save after you're finished.

Suggested Templates

  • You may have a set of standard documents that are required to be obtained or signed for all new applications. We suggest creating a document template for all new/unprocessed applications that are not pre-approved.

  • List of documents to be executed or obtained once the loan is approved, committed, instructed, etc.

NOTE: You can edit the "Parent" and "Document" selection from the Settings page of your Lendesk account. If you do not have access to the Settings, please contact your Administrator or send us an email at support@lendesk.com.

PRO TIP: These templates will come in handy when you are setting up your workflow automations.
