You can add a purchase to an application by following the steps outlined below
Within an application, click on Transaction under Transaction & Collateral from the navigation column.
On the Transaction page, under Purpose, click on Add Purpose and select Property Purchase.
You can begin completing the property information by clicking New Property from the navigation column and fill out the Mortgaged Property page.
You can also set the Purchase Price directly from the Transaction page by clicking in the field under Purchase Price.
Note: If there are no information present in the Loan Request page, the Purpose menu will automatically be displayed on screen in the Transaction page and you can simply click on SELECT under Property Purchase:
