An applicant's current tenancy type can be declared under the Current Address section. To set up an applicant's current tenancy on an application, follow the steps below:
Click on the Applicant's Identification section found on the navigation menu.
Scroll down to the Current Address section and enter the applicant's current home address.
The drop-down bar under Type will provide you with provide you with three tenancy types to choose from - "Own", "Rent", or "Other (e.g. Lives with spouse/parents)".
If tenancy type "Rent" is selected, additional fields will open up providing the ability to indicate the rent amount currently paid by the applicant and the ability to include the rent amount to TDS if necessary.
