Download and Install the Lendesk Mobile App
To directly download the app from your iPhone, navigate to the App Store and search for Lendesk. You can then use your Lendesk credentials to log into the app.
If you have any other device that you are interested in accessing Lendesk from, please send us an email to support@lendesk.com and let us know!
Note: The Lendesk Mobile App is not available for iPad or Android devices at this time.
Launch the App
Once you've installed the app, you can log in as pictured below:
To set up your Touch ID, log into the app with your Lendesk username and password first, then you can set up your touch ID within the app so that you can easily log in using Touch ID.
