If you receive the above validation error, follow the step below to resolve:
Click on Credit and Liabilities via left navigation menu.
Click on the pencil icon next associated with the affected mortgage debt.
In the Liabilities - Mortgage screen, click on Add Collateral and select the property address used as collateral for this mortgage.
