Create a New Application via the Mobile App

1. Click the + button at the bottom of the screen as shown below:

2. Click on Application to create a brand new application:

3. You will be able to enter some information via the mobile app

Scroll down on the "New Application" page to complete more information on the loan. You will be able to enter interest, amortization and term, and closing date to the application when you scroll down.

You can use the same blue plus button (in step 1 above) to add a new contact, a note, a task, and even to upload a document on an application:

All changes and updates you make via the mobile app are accessible on the web version of Lendesk as well. Feel free to log into Lendesk on your browser and continue working on your deals!
