On September 14, 2020, an industry-wide change will be made to the way brokers and lenders request and receive credit reports from Equifax. All lenders looking to access Equifax data have to get credentialed with Equifax. The change is meant to ensure that credit report and personally identifiable information is only transmitted using secure means.

If a lender has not been credentialed, submission from Lendesk will be disabled if a credit report has been pulled for any applicant on file. Non-credentialed members will be identified on the Submission page:

Applications that do not contain any credit reports can still be submitted to these lenders.

Note: Deleting the credit report PDF documents from the Documents page will not allow you to submit to these lenders.
