Deactivating Users

How to remove access to users no longer in your team

If you have users that have recently left your team, you can easily remove their access to your Lendesk account.

  1. Find the user on the Team Settings page and click on the pencil icon

2. Uncheck the Account Active box.

To re-activate the user, simply re-check the Active box.
