Log into your Lendesk account

Tips and tricks if you are having problems logging in

To log into Lendesk Submit and Gateway, you can use this link: https://prd1-app.lendesk.com/login

Note: If your team is set up using Single Sign On, please contact your team administrator.

Lock out period

  • After 3 failed login attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 5 minutes.

  • Any further attempts during the lock out period will restart the timer.

  • Resetting your password will not unlock your account. You would have to wait until the lock out period is over.

Security Questions

  • Set up your security questions to be able to use the password reset process

Password Reset

  • On the login page, select Forgot username or password?

Login Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging in, try the following

  • Your username is always all lower case

  • Log in using the latest Chrome browser

  • Password is case sensitive

  • If you are copying and pasting the information, make sure you are not including any spaces

  • Contact your team administrator to manually reset the password for you
