Lock out period
After 3 failed login attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 5 minutes.
Any further attempts during the lock out period will restart the timer.
Resetting your password will not unlock your account. You would have to wait until the lock out period is over.

Login Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble logging in, try the following
Your username is always all lower case
Log in using the latest Chrome browser
Password is case sensitive
If you are copying and pasting the information, make sure you are not including any spaces
Contact your team administrator to manually reset the password for you
