To resolve the validation error, check the Transaction page to make sure that your loan purpose matches any of the allowed combinations below:

  • Purchase

  • Purchase + Improvements

  • Refinance

  • Refinance + Improvements

  • Refinance + ETO + Improvements

  • Refinance + ETO

  • ETO

  • Switch

  • Port

  • Port + Improvements
