Owned Properties

How to manage existing properties owned by the applicant

All properties that an applicant owns will be listed on the Owned Properties section.

To add a new property

  • Go to the Owned Properties section

  • Click on Add Property

  • Click on the pencil icon for the newly created property to fill in the details

Primary residence as owned

If the current address is already set as owned, a property will be automatically created on Owned Property section.

To delete a property

Click on the checkbox next to the property. The Delete button will appear on the bottom left

Property owned by multiple applicants

Multiple applicants can be added to the same property and will appear on each applicant's page.

  • Click on the pencil icon of the property

  • Scroll to the Property Owner table and click on the Add Owner button

Note: You can only add another owner if they are an applicant on the loan

Note: If the property is their primary residence, setting the occupancy as owned under the Current Address will link all applicants to the same property
