Properties that are linked to the primary residence can not be deleted from the Owned Properties section. Check the Current Address section and set the occupancy type to either Rent or Other.
If there are multiple applicants on the deal, the property might be the primary residence of a different applicant on file. In this case, go to the Owned Properties section of the other applicant and remove the person as an owner.
