Set up Document Types to help your agents manage client's documents and keep their application organized.
How to create Document Types
Go to the Settings page
Select the Documents section
Click on Edit
Click on Add Document Type
Select the Parent Type, enter the Category and Name
How to use Document Types
On an application, open a document and use the options on the right to categorize the document
Note: A parent type must be selected first to open the options on the other fields.
Once you have selected the document types, your files will be automatically grouped by parent type and organized for you.
