If your card was not delivered, it could be due to a few common reasons. Here's an explanation of what might have happened and how you can resolve it.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: The address on your profile may not be accurate. To resolve this, log into your profile in the MAJORITY app and verify the address you entered. If there’s an error, update it with the correct details. Having a proof of address, like a recent bill, can help ensure the information is precise.

  • USPS couldn’t deliver the card: In some cases, USPS may not recognize your address in their system, even if it’s correct. For this, please contact our customer service team. They will assist you and ensure the card is resent to a valid address.
