Which devices are compatible with MAJORITY Phone Plans?

MAJORITY Phone Plans work only with devices that are both eSIM compatible and unlocked.

Before activating your plan, make sure your phone meets both requirements.

✅ Device requirements

To use a MAJORITY Phone Plan, your phone must:

  • Support eSIM technology (no physical SIM cards)

  • Be unlocked (not tied to another carrier)

  • Be located in the U.S. during activation

📱 Compatible devices

Here are examples of popular devices known to support eSIM:

iPhones that support eSIM:

  • iPhone XR, XS, XS Max

  • iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max

  • iPhone SE (2nd generation and newer)

  • iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 series
    (Note: iPhone 14/15 U.S. models are eSIM-only)

Android phones that support eSIM:

  • Google Pixel 3 and newer (Pixel 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 series)

  • Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23, and newer

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series

  • Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and Fold (recent models)

  • Motorola Razr (2020 and newer)

🛑 Note: Some models may vary by region. Carrier or manufacturer settings can affect eSIM support.

🔍 How to check if your phone is unlocked and eSIM-ready

Option 1: Use your IMEI number

  1. Dial *#06# on your phone

  2. Look for a field labeled EID or "eSIM IMEI"

    • If present, your device supports eSIM

  3. Check your IMEI details online here:

Option 2: Use your phone settings

  • iPhone:
    Go to Settings > General > About

    • “Carrier Lock” should say No SIM restrictions

    • Look for “EID” to confirm eSIM support

  • Android:
    Go to Settings > About Phone > Status

    • Look for eSIM or SIM-related info under network settings
