How to replace your MAJORITY physical card.

Easily request a new MAJORITY physical card from the app if your current one is lost or stolen.

Steps to request a new card:

  • Open the MAJORITY app.

  • Go to Profile > Accounts and cards.

  • Select Physical card.

  • Tap Report lost or stolen.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

Shipping options:

  • Standard shipping (USPS): Free of charge. Receive your card within 14 business days.

  • Express shipping (UPS): $9.99 USD fee. Receive your card in 2 to 5 business days.

The express shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your MAJORITY account. If you do not have sufficient funds, you will see an “Insufficient funds” message and will need to top up before proceeding.

💡Tip: We cannot reissue the same card number. Every new card has a different number, which means you will need to update your saved payment details in any stores, apps, or online services.

📍 Important:
Make sure your address is up to date before requesting a new card.
