To start a dispute for an unauthorized or incorrect charge on your MAJORITY Visa® credit card, be prepared to provide the following:
Transaction details such as date, amount, and merchant name
Reason for the dispute (e.g., duplicate charge, item not received, service not as described)
Supporting evidence (receipts, screenshots, emails, messages, etc.)
Once collected, contact us from your MAJORITY app to initiate a dispute.
