To start a dispute for an unauthorized or incorrect charge on your MAJORITY Visa® credit card, be prepared to provide the following:

  • Transaction details such as date, amount, and merchant name

  • Reason for the dispute (e.g., duplicate charge, item not received, service not as described)

  • Supporting evidence (receipts, screenshots, emails, messages, etc.)

Once collected, contact us from your MAJORITY app to initiate a dispute.
