Your MAJORITY app passcode (4 digits) protects your account and is required to log in to the app. It is not the same as your Visa® card PIN, which is used for purchases and ATM withdrawals.
How to change your passcode from the app
- Open the MAJORITY app. 
- Go to Profile > Settings > Change passcode. 
- Enter your current 4-digit passcode. 
- Enter your new passcode. 
- Confirm it by entering it again. 
Forgot your passcode?
- Open the MAJORITY app. 
- On the login screen, tap Forgot your code? 
- Select Yes, reset passcode. 
- Enter the verification code sent by SMS or choose the option to receive it by email. 
- Once you regain access to your account, create and confirm your new 4-digit passcode. 
💡 Tip: Enable Touch ID or Face ID for quicker and safer access to your account.
