When will my physical card arrive?
After you request your MAJORITY card, it can take up to 14 business days to arrive at your registered address.
How can I check the delivery status?
In your MAJORITY app, you can see:
Whether your card was shipped with standard or expedited delivery
The estimated delivery time
The shipping address on file
If you selected expedited delivery
You will receive a tracking link directly in the app a few days after your card has shipped. You can follow the shipment there.
If you selected standard delivery
There is no live tracking for standard delivery, but you can use a free USPS service called Informed Delivery, which provides daily digital previews of incoming mail.
To sign up for USPS Informed Delivery:

Click “Sign Up for Free”
Verify your address
Create or log in to your USPS account
Complete identity verification
What if my card does not arrive?
If it has been more than 14 business days and your card has not arrived:
Check that your address is correct in your profile within the app
If everything is correct, contact our Support team and we will help resend your card
Why might delivery fail?
Some common reasons include:
Incomplete or incorrect address
USPS does not recognize the address
Inaccessible mailbox
