How do I make changes to my personal information?

You can make changes to your account anytime after the end of your initial 30-day free trial period. For assistance with updating your phone number, contact our customer support team at +1 (855) 553-3388. Our support hours are Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

To make changes, such as updating your physical address, phone number, or email, follow these steps if you have access to the MAJORITY app:

  1. Log into the MAJORITY app.

  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.

  3. Select Personal Details.

  4. Choose Phone Number and follow the displayed instructions.

If you have changed your phone number and cannot access the app:

  1. On the Welcome Screen of the app, tap Log In.

  2. Enter your old phone number (the one currently tied to your account) and tap Send Code.

  3. Tap Resend Code and choose the option to receive the code via email.

  4. Check your email, retrieve the code, and use it to log into the app.

  5. Once logged in, follow the steps under "Scenario 1" to update your phone number. Ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed to access these features.

If you get a new phone number, you can also call us at 855-553-3388 to update your phone number.

💡Tip: If you change your phone number, we can update the number associated with your account and your balance will transfer automatically.- A new phone number cannot already be associated with an existing MAJORITY account. If you encounter an error, the phone number might belong to someone else.
