When you open your MAJORITY account, you may be asked to verify your address to protect your account. If you see a message in the app asking you to verify your address, you will have two options:
1. Upload a proof of residence
Take a photo of a physical document. Make sure all 4 corners are visible, along with your full name and address.
Examples of accepted documents:
Utility bill (water, electricity, internet, or phone)
Bank statement from another institution
Pay stub or employment document
Lease or home purchase agreement
Letter from the Department of Children and Families
Driver’s license or other valid government documents
2. Share your location
You can also verify your address by sharing your location.
👉 Important: You must be physically at your home address when using this option, otherwise you will not be able to complete the verification.
💡Tip: If you no longer live at the registered address, update it in the app first and then proceed with the verification.
