Learn what happens after you file a dispute and how long the resolution may take.

Once you file a dispute with our customer service team:

  • Case investigation
    Our team will conduct a thorough investigation to identify and resolve the unauthorized charge.

  • Resolution timeline
    The process may take up to 45 days to be completed.

  • Provisional credit
    If the investigation takes longer than 10 days, we will issue a provisional credit to your account so you can continue using your funds while the case is resolved.

  • Final outcome
    Once the investigation is complete, you will receive a notification with the result of the dispute.
