Your money is always safe
Your money is tied to your MAJORITY account, not to any specific card. If you ordered a new one, your funds will be available once it is activated.
How to activate your MAJORITY card
For security reasons, you should only activate your physical card once you receive it.
In the meantime, you can use your digital card for online purchases or contactless payments by adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
When your physical card arrives:
Open the MAJORITY app
Go to Profile > Accounts and cards > Activate physical card
Enter the expiration date and CVV (found on the back of the card)
Create and confirm your 4-digit PIN

How to replace or request a new card
You can request a new card directly from the app by following these steps:
Open the MAJORITY app
Go to Profile > Accounts and cards
Select Physical card
Tap Report lost or stolen
Follow the on-screen instructions to order your new card
You will be able to choose from two shipping options:
Standard delivery (USPS): Free. Receive your card within a maximum of 14 business days
Expedited delivery (UPS): Costs $9.99 USD. Receive your card within 2–5 business days
The $9.99 charge for expedited delivery will be deducted from your MAJORITY account. If you do not have enough funds, you will see an “Insufficient funds” message and will only be able to proceed once you have enough balance.
Make sure your address is up to date before requesting a new card.
💡Tip: We cannot reissue the same card. Every time a new card is requested, it will come with a new card number. This means you will need to update your saved payment details with merchants, apps, or online services.
