How does the MAJORITY sign-up process work?

Learn how the registration process works in MAJORITY, why it is necessary, and how we protect your personal information.

To use the app, you need to create an account and verify your identity. This process is required to comply with financial regulations and to keep your account secure.

Required information

During registration, you will be asked to provide:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Address

  • A valid ID (such as a passport or driver’s license)

This is part of the
Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which helps prevent fraud and protect your account.


Identity verification

To verify your identity, we will:

  • Review the information you provided

  • Validate your ID document

  • Ask you to take a selfie

This helps confirm that you are the same person shown on your ID.


Verification time

  • Usually: takes just a few minutes

  • In some cases: may take up to 1 business day


Information security

  • We use encryption and strict privacy standards

  • Your information is used only for legal and regulatory purposes


Updating your information

  • You can update directly in the app:
    email, address, and phone number

  • Identity information (such as your name or date of birth) cannot be changed within the app

If you need to update your identity information, you’ll need to contact support.

This includes cases such as:

  • Name change due to marriage or other legal reasons

  • Incorrect date of birth

  • Misspelling in your name

You may be asked to provide additional documentation to process the change.
