What is the MAP Experience Workshop?
It is a two hour, live, group session, done via zoom with Colette.
Event Outline
Prior to the workshop you will go through a preparation for your subconscious to be able to apply the MAP Method instructions.
The workshop starts by defining what you really want out of life.
Colette then describes how to continue working with the MAP method and then begins the group session. You will work on a fear or stressor of the week and measure it by providing a subjective number from 0 - 10 that represents how intense and serious it is for you. The session will continue for about 40 minutes until you experience a shift in intensity and seriousness.
Lastly Colette teaches how to MAGNETIZE, this is an active meditation that trains you how to focus on feelings and end results instead of problems and thoughts. and turns your personality into a magnet for what you MAGNETIZE.
