The Shift page includes a control panel that aggregates all the department’s events, such as service calls and notifications, and makes it easy to respond in real-time to events that require your attention.
The Shift page provides over 10 components that you can use for customizing the dashboard to your exact needs by creating dashboard templates based on an optimal mix & match of dashboard components.
You can choose between presenting information for the current shift, or for any shift and specific day within the past week. You can even focus on a specific timespan within the set shift scope.

Dashboard templates
The system provides a number of preset templates applicable to a specific focus, which can be used as-is for quickly examining the shift’s indicators, such as the Production template and the Stop events analysis template. There is also the Default template, which provides a generic dashboard with key components. Clicking any template applies the components set for that template to the dashboard.
You can add custom templates that are based on an optimal mix of dashboard components that match your needs. These templates can be created for a specific department and for all departments. You can also share custom templates between users. See How to create templates for the Shift page for more information.
Dashboard components controls
Shift components are designed to help you examine and analyze shift production information in real-time through clear visuals. There are various settings and controls that you can use for displaying only information of interest and controlling the size, colors and more.
