If you're having issues with your camera and microphone, do the following -
Click on the camera icon located in the url bar at the top right of your browser
Verify that you have given access to memoriaCall for the camera and microphone.
If you have not given access, you can rejoin the meeting and be sure to click confirm on the pop-up requesting microphone and camera access.
Check your system settings by going System Preferences and verify Google Chrome has access (or whichever browser you’re using). Do the same for the microphone as well. You may need to restart your browser after you change these settings
