How to Share Files with MemoriaCall

MemoriaCall offers a convenient way for hosts to share files with participants during a meeting. Whether you need to share presentation slides, documents, or images, MemoriaCall has got you covered. In this article, we'll walk you through the different ways you can share files with MemoriaCall.

Sharing Files Before the Meeting

Sharing files before the meeting starts, you can simply click on Schedule a meeting (you will instantly get options in front of you), then choose 'Upload a document' to share any file, then choose 'Save and Send invite', and you're done.

Sharing Files During the Meeting

During the meeting, participants can easily share files by dragging and dropping them into the designated area on the top right-hand side of the screen. This makes it easy to share any last-minute updates or additional information with everyone in the meeting.

Tap on this attachment icon showing on the image to upload/share any file.

If you are the host, you can also share files by clicking on the "Share Files" button in the meeting controls. This will open a window where you can select the files you want to share. Once selected, the files will be visible to all participants.

Sharing Files After the Meeting Ends

Even after the meeting ends, you can still share files with participants and others with whom the meeting content is shared. This is especially useful if you would like to share any follow-up materials or additional resources.

To share files after the meeting ends, simply go to the 'History Tab' and click on the suitable meeting link; now tap on the "Attachment" button> choose Upload>Add document. You can select the files you want to share, and they will be accessible to all participants and anyone else the meeting content is shared with.
