When your customer has accepted the terms of your estimate, it's time to convert that estimate into an invoice. The following steps will walk you through the process of creating an invoice from an estimate.
Create an Invoice from an Estimate
The first step is to find the Estimate. There are a number of ways to find the estimate, either through the customer view, or from the Estimates app. In this example, we will go through the Estimates app.
Click Active on your Estimates App.
This opens your Estimates List. Locate the estimate you wish to convert and click on it. You can search manually or use the search function at the top of the screen.
At the bottom of the estimate, click Create [
∨] and the select Create Invoice.
