See an overview of your estimates generated in a given time period.

Updated over a week ago

The Estimate reports track estimate transactions in your account, allowing you to see an overview of all the estimates generated in a given time period.

There are two ways to get to the Estimate Reports:

  • Click the vertical ellipses [] on your Estimates App and choose Reports.

  • In the Estimates List screen, click Reports at the top right of the screen.

This will take you to the Estimate Reports screen.

Estimate Chart Filtering

At the top of the screen, you can filter which estimates are included in the reports. There are subtle differences between QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. These will be noted. The below example is a screenshot from QuickBooks Online.

For QuickBooks Desktop

For QuickBooks Desktop users, by default, only transactions from the last month are retained in Method but are not deleted from QuickBooks. If you want Method to retain all of your estimates, please see our article "Why can't I see my past transactions?"
