If you have access to your Mettle account on an old device, you can reset the recovery code yourself on the Accounts tab and select 'Security'.

If you’re locked out of the app and can’t find your recovery code, you can message us in the app and we'll arrange to call you.

Our team will generate a new, temporary recovery code which will get you back into your Mettle app. Once you're back in, we'll give you a new recovery code that you'll need to keep somewhere safe in case you lock yourself out again.
