A nominated person can let us know of a bereavement by sending an email to bereavements@mettle.co.uk where our team will be able to help. 

In order to provide access to an account, we'll ask to see the death certificate and the will, if there is one. We'll also ask for proof of ID for the executor or next of kin. In some cases, we may ask for Grant of Representation.
